Dark Souls 3 Bosses
Dark Souls 3 bosses are powerful characters in this game that constitute some of the most challenging missions and quests. During the progression of the game, most of the bosses are defeated as part of the mandatory story, while the rest are optional. If you want to earn the souls, you have to defeat a boss first. Souls are very important in the game as restoration of Ember and unique Boss Souls transformed into powerful Weapons, Spells, or Items via Soul Transposition from Ludleth of Courland in Firelink Shrine. Souls can also protect you from different enemies and maintain the health of players during the missions.
Every boss has special powers, feature special NPCs, and also summons for the fight. Some of these summoning instances dependent on the situation and meeting with certain progression conditions. See the individual boss pages for NPCs and their conditions on the website to learn more.
